  • Master Teacher Program: In a bid to elevate academic standards, Prof. Mishra has successfully recruited distinguished and award-winning educators and researchers from venerable institutions such as AIIMS Delhi, IIT, ICMR, PGI Chandigarh, and ISB. This initiative has significantly bolstered the quality of education and research at NIMS University.

  • Annual Performance Appraisal System: To foster a culture of excellence and accountability, he introduced a comprehensive performance appraisal system for faculty and staff. This system rewards high performers with substantial increments, thereby incentivizing excellence across the board.

    • Regular training courses on Research Methodology, IPR, GCP, GLP, Pharmacy, Collection Practices, and Paper & Grant Writing.
    • Comprehensive administrative support for grant writing, dedicated research time, and recognition through awards and superior grades in APAR.
    • Financial backing via seed money and assistance with publication fees.

  • Prof. Mishra serves on the Board of Governors for several NGOs and foundations, including:
    • Medicare Education Network Foundation: Conducting medical educational workshops and development programs for medical professionals.
    • Patients United for Heart Failure Foundation: Advocating for heart failure patients.
    • NIMS University Foundation: Overseeing the executive board monitoring the functioning of NIMS University Rajasthan.
  • He is also the International Advisor for IPDI Bangladesh, facilitating faculty development and educational programs for cardiologists in Bangladesh.
  • As an Executive Board Member of APSIC, Singapore, Prof. Mishra promotes professional training, development, research, and advocacy for interventional cardiologists in the Asia Pacific region.
